Dizziness and Nausea Headache

Although Headache, dizziness and nausea are separate medical problems, under many circumstances it is possible that you may suffer with all 3 conditions simultaneously.

Getting drunk invariably causes dizziness and headache and can often lead to nausea also. Dizziness is generally caused due to some inner ear infections or due to impairment in the blood circulation which usually leads to vertigo. Vertigo along with headache and nausea can be extremely terrifying and horrible as it involves disequilibrium and consciousness.

Usually it all begins with a simple headache but gradually leads to dizziness and nausea. Sometimes it can be vice versa, you may first experience the symptoms of dizziness and vertigo, like spinning and whirling of surroundings which lead to headache. It is often observed that both of these conditions are linked together. If you treat symptoms of one condition, you feel improvement in the other condition too.

Dizziness is also often found to be a part of migraine. Such condition is medically known as migraine associated vertigo. In this condition, victim suffers with feeling of dizziness anytime before, after or during the headache. Partial loss of vision, loss of coordination, disequilibrium, ringing of ears, and severe nausea are some of the other symptoms that are associated with dizziness.

A combination of headache dizziness and nausea could be a signal of some serious potentially life threatening condition. Internal brain injury, brain tumor, cancer or neurosis all could be the underlying cause for this signal.

If you notice any recurrent symptoms of vertigo or dizziness along with headache and nausea, you are strongly advised to see your doctor immediately. Never try to self medicate yourself, it may be possible that by relieving your symptoms temporarily you may be suppressing the major problem which can be seriously damaging and harmful for your overall health and fitness.
